AS YOU WISH offer refunds and exchanges on any full priced items purchased. If you intend on returning your item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition that you’ve received it with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 calendar days from your purchase date (45 days for international orders)
- Must not have any makeup or stains
- Must not have any fragrance or scent
- Must not be damaged or washed
Once we’ve received your item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is unworn, and in the same condition it was sent. If your return is approved, you will be notified and a refund will be processed approximately 5 to 10 business days to the original method of payment. However, if your items do not meet the requirements listed above, you will be notified that your return has been rejected and will be sent back to you.
If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us at email@example.com and have your item returned within 30 calendar days from your purchase date (45 days for international orders). After we’ve received, inspect and approved your return, we will issue store credit via email which you may then use to purchase your desired item.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We always check our items before we send them out to ensure that they are in excellent condition, but if your item may be defective or damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and have your item returned within 30 calendar days from your purchase date (45 days for international orders). Defective items are granted as an exchange to the same item without defect and a refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.
